In respect to some news circulating that Niger Delta university is set to open June 20th.

On 12 June 2016, Speaking with the Chairman of the academic staff union of universities, Niger delta university chapter, (ASUU NDU), Dr. Stanley ogoun, confirmed to Bodmasnews.com that, the union is not aware of such action, he maintained that what the union demanded from the government has not been met, he therefore urged the general public to discard such news.
