NIDSUG TO AVENGERS: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
Niger Delta Students Union Government (NIDSUG) to Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) ~ Enough is Enough.
The Niger Delta Students Union Government (NIDSUG) has expressed dissatisfaction with the length the NDA is willing to go in order to attract Federal Attention, speaking for the Students of the region the Spokeaman Comr. Amb. Dauebi Joey Ekadi laments that the position of the NDA does not serve the interest of the Niger Delta People.
Its about that time that all over the world when you're introduced as a Nigerian from the Niger Delta region you're immediately perceived to be militant and a criminal and this negativities are bound by such recklessness, If Major Boro had gone through this means we would not have a future as Niger Delta People that is why we celebrate him but this case is the entire opposite because we have individuals looking out for themselves and their stomachs in the name of the entire region and as Leaders of today and tomorrow we are at opposite ends with the NDA.
Following the three c's of Aluta you'll observe that we are not yet at this phase hence this further increases the need for intellectual soundness that our Ijaw Youth president Comr. Udengs Eradiri will always preach of. There are now better ways of dealing with grievances, that's why we are in all forms of educational institutions to better the region and the country at large in the nearest possible future but with schemes like this we are already at a disadvantage in realizing the future of the Niger Delta region that our late heroes like Boro and co
would have hoped for and its in this vain that we extend our highest hands of caution to the NDA to redeploy the energy put into this struggle into other constructive means for their agitations to be noted and given ears to.
As Students we totally frown at the position of NDA, we have been granted amnesty that we accepted and this is what separates us from the blood sucking Boko Haram. Boro agitated and we had our Niger Delta Republic and further more our agitations have provided us various platforms of Leadership such as the Presidency, Minister's, DG's of prastatals amongst others and as such we cannot resolve to this at this stage for our futures sake.
This is also a wake up call to the Federal Government, as a region of peaceful people we demand more commitments from the FG and also to appeal to our brothers in positions of trust at the Federal level to advice and encourage the FG to look timely into our issues to reduce actions like this entirely. But as a people and as Students we condemn the actions of the NDA, we are peace loving people and we will continue to support the Federal Government in challenging times like this because only peace can fast track progress and timely developments.
