BUHARI NOT FIRST TO SIGN BUDGET IN MAY

Yes, I wish this budget was signed on January 1st.

But why are some people making it look as if this is the first time we will be having a budget signed in May?

Below are dates of when our last eight budgets were signed by two different Presidents.
